Stephen remembers his first job out of college, where he was helping a start-up to sell t-shirts and promotional items, print and embroider, and …What? …clean the restrooms?! It is often a rite of passage, where the rookie has to sweep, mop, clean up, and scrub toilets, but as we get better at business, we try to get the best out of our employees. We want your businesses to focus on revenue-creating activities. That's where we come in.

Keep It Clean Austin was started by Stephen Torres and Adam Sadler. Stephen was a professional school administrator with a variety of professional school district positions. He served 2 years overseeing school district maintenance and custodial services. He learned the trade, including the critical vendors, equipment, and procedures he would need before deciding to take a venture bringing his knowledge to support local businesses.

Adam is a Realtor and firefighter. When not serving the community as an experienced first responder, Adam helps recruit trustworthy cleaners who can make a living taking care of our clients' buildings. They might have kids playing youth sports, and evening cleaning supports those activities. They might be parents of college students who understand the rising costs of education and living expenses. Or even young adults who need a flexible evening schedule or sporadic "gigs" as they save up.

Stephen and Adam have grown a team that proudly helps take care of local businesses. Depending on the preferred schedule, they show up at night, take care of the business, and leave you with a clean and great looking building that is ready for your employees and clients.
